DMCA Takedown and Counter-Claim Procedure When a valid DMCA takedown request is made, we will remove the content in accordance with copyright laws. For transparency, we may share the DMCA notice, including the complainant's contact information, with the alleged infringer. If the removal of your content was a mistake, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include: the removed content and its prior location, your name, mailing address, phone number, and email, a sworn declaration stating your belief that the removal was an error, a statement agreeing to legal proceedings, and your signature. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, the content may be reinstated unless the complainant initiates legal action.
